2025 INITIATIVES
GENESIS ISRAEL COMMUNITY CENTER (GICC)
Located in Kiryat Shmona, the GICC will serve as a hub for Northern Israel. We will function in coordination with the municipalities to operate and identify ongoing needs of the community. Immediately we will offer trauma therapy, afterschool programs, physical rehabilitation, resettling assistance, and home repair support. This center aims to help residents rebuild their lives, return home, and find healing and hope in the aftermath of war.
NEEDS
Volunteers
We need skilled volunteers to serve in Northern Israel for 1–3 months. Teachers, therapists, construction workers, and professionals from all fields are encouraged to apply. Applications will be reviewed and kept on file our needs are constantly growing and changing. Based on your application, you may be invited for an interview to determine eligibility and a formal approval. Genesis Israel will handle logistics and volunteers will be asked to cover the cost of their time in Israel.
Financial Support
Not everyone can serve in person, but you can still play a critical role. Your financial contribution helps cover costs for skilled volunteers who are ready to serve but lack the resources to do so. Sponsor a volunteer today and directly impact the recovery efforts in Northern Israel.
GAZA RELIEF
Genesis Israel will partner with the IDF to send medical teams into Gaza, providing critical medical care and relief to those in need. Details of this initiative will be shared as they are finalized.

We are recruiting certified medical professionals to serve in Gaza. Volunteers must be highly qualified, adaptable, and prepared to work in a conflict zone. The selection process includes a thorough application and interview process to ensure readiness for the field.

Funds allocated here will help cover the costs of deploying medical teams, including housing and operational expenses.
BOMB SHELTER BUILDS
In partnership with Northern Israel municipalities, Genesis Israel will construct modern, secure bomb shelters to safeguard communities against future attacks. This initiative addresses the urgent need to replace outdated shelters with protective spaces that meet current safety standards.
